Sirf private banks wale hi compensation dete hai.

Sarkari Banks se paisa nikalwana muskil hai.

Maine failed SBI digital rupee transaction ke refund me delay ke liye RBI BO me complain kiya to SBI ne ICICI Bank ka reply chipka ke complaint close kar diya as a got the refund after chargeback by ICICI Bank.

No compensation from SBI for delay in refund.

I think SBI jaise banks ke upar to RBI ka hath hai wo kya compensation denge.

I registered the complaint against SBI but the reply is sent by icici in closing letter and rbi is satisfied with icici response.

sbi redirected my complaint to icici.

Seems like sbi is pro at avoiding penalties.

Anyway I got the refund and now I know the true color of SBI Banking ombudsman complaint team.

Here is My Friend's Story

He has 2 cards from BOB but on 28/12/2022 3rd Card was Generated & shown in Bob's Cards portal. But this Card Generated without his consent also charged the Joining Fee of ₹588.82 and the card was not delivered.

After the fee was applied he paid the bill on 20/01/2023 because he didn't want to be charged for Late Payment Fee.

After so many days on 02/07/2023, he mailed Bob that this card was unknown to him and he made a payment of ₹588.82 now refund the payment.

Here is the mail 😅



But they didn't refund the fee and the card disappeared from Bob's Card portal but still showing as active in all credit bureaus with negative balance of ₹588.82

Now what can be done here? Is any Refund or Compensation Possible?

They are still reporting to cibil after 2 years of card closure and generating 0 due bill every month

I do not think so

Every month I check my CIBIL Report, Last Reported date was Recent date🤣

but Account has been marked closed🤣

So SBI durr se FU bolega🤣

I requestes to close my Amazon pay ICICI credit card on September 2022 bill generation is stoped in Sep- 22 but my credit card is closed on Sep-23 due to non use 1 year credit card should I mailed same above person for 1 year compensation

My Axis myzone card was closed by the bank in December 23 for non usage. But it is still showing active in Cibil report that I got 2-3 days back. What should I do here? Card is not showing up in app or net banking

card close hone ke baad bhi CIBIL me active show kar rha hai. Kitne Paise milenge, jaldi batao, 2 AXIS cards close kiye the, apun ko 1 lakh mangta hai..
