Devaluation AXIS ATLAS - WELCOME MILES REDUCED TO 2500 EM

Axis Atlas joining benefit has been devalued
From
5000 EM TO 2500 EM .

It was best first year joining card.
With tier benefits gone from 2nd year & only according to spend does this even make sense now
To recommend to new people @drsel

Looks like Axis wants to prove @SSV more right day by day with its action

Yes before too
I called to get card on 5th
Executive read as t/c which they usually read
Said 2.5 k em
Not 5
That is AXES.. talk to another executive..
Then what is the meaing of official bank doc which syas w.e.f April 20...
so one of those ( AXES / Support executive) must be wrong..

Thats why I don't deal with AXES..

when you call them ask them about what did AXES mean by changes w.e.f April 20 ....
Called again they said
It's 2500 post and pre 20th April .
So yes most likely another devaluation after devaluation

So you directly pay 2500 for lounge access ( not being removed for atlas 🤣🤣classic axis

so what does it mean by wef April 20 in that PDF..
Did AXES lie officially...???

Maybe yes .
Welcome benefit are instant after card .so
Can't blame on 1 month devaluation thing
That applies once u get the card
Not before

When they sent devaluation email to everyone
Everyone knew 5k em as welcome benefit

Then they again did devaluation silently 5 k to 2.5k as welcome benefit


1 month notice period applies to card holder
So if I m card holder of axis Bank
I must be communicated about devaluation one month in advance ( rbi rule)

Since I called to get new axis atlas ( I m new to card ) & welcome benefit devaluation kicks in effect from the day of devaluation

Not updating website is not customer's fault...

They can even say PDF is not updated..

Very basic thing in any business is: Clear ,accurate and concise communication. ( minimise the interpretation )....This is very important in any finance related business espcially so, when the keep on chaning the monetary benefits continously..

In the PDF itself , they can write Welcome benefits are effective immediately...
They dont mention in the PDF and dont update website.. so thats why I call AXES a big MESS

They can even say PDF is not updated..
