I'm being offered Axis atlas credit card as ltf with a 30 lac fd as trv and burgundy savings account.
I still don't have an axis savings account and they offered me this. Is it a good deal or I should negotiate more?
Also is it really possible or a fake commitment?

Not needed if you can meet the waive off criteria, or
In my opinion, just park your 1 lac as FD.
You will get approx 7k as interest to pay Atlas's fees.

I think it is a good offer

If you can park 30l easily in FD and it does not affect your overall investment goals of equity to debt allocation then go for it
