Axis Airtel Card cashback blunder.

I recently got Axis Airtel Card and on generation of statement, I realised that any bill payments done on Airtel App, be it Airtel bills or others, is being counted under 25% category. This means that there is no way to tap into Rs 500 monthly utility bill payment benefit as of now.

Refer to the screenshot below. The only payment in this month was for my electricity bill of Rs 1595 and cashback shown is Rs 300 whereas it should have been Rs 159.5.



Fellow community members, I would request you to keep above in mind while getting this card or wait till Axis settles these reporting issues with Airtel.

Swiggy, zomato and bigbasket is 10% capped at 500 (combined) per month.

If you really use this card for family of 2-3 and are airtel customer, this is probably best credit card out there.

Is Airtel axis cc offers swiggy 10% off upto 300 per month is for Swiggy Instamart? Or Swiggy Food only? Please confirm if anyone has did it for Instamart? Have u seen Cashabck in statement?

New issue - in my newly generated statement, Axis has not credited Airtel bills related cashback. I have to now go through the dreaded route of Axis customer care to get this resolved.

Yes it is. Verified by statement. Only condition is to just book it via Airtel Thanks App.

You also get discount for gas booking on BOB CC

is it10% discount ?
In that case I can use it to keep my BOB Easy active just in case

Yes , Swiggy Instamart/Dash is considered as Swiggy transaction . So you will get 10% back in Airtel card .

Yes merchant shd be airtel or bharti airtel
