Anyone got 500 voucher from IDFC

I received email on 7th may when I completed my 5000 as a welcome offer on my IDFC select credit card. When I click and login it says banner expired. How to redeem voucher? I need amazon pay voucher

I now understand what must have gone wrong, it says link has expired and the reason is I enrolled for savings account on 8th may and the interface got changed after I enrolled for savings account, this rewards email was sent on 7th may and it landed in my promotions tab in gmail and i couldn't see on 7th. today when I clicked it says link expired. What should I do? Where is the customer support email id?

Login to your credit card rewards portal through app. In the home page itself, you will see a banner for welcome rewards. Redeem it from there.

I redeemed it yesterday itself.
