Amex MRCC vs Apay icici CC for Electricity bill payments

I've Amex MRCC and Apay ICICI CC. Which would be the best way to pay my electricity bill payments and broadband recharge. Until now, i was using Apay Icici CC as it gives flat 2% CB.

2 lakhs annual spends is on the higher side though. Also the devalued 2% cb on other spends to 1.5% i guess

No, getting 6000 Amazon pay (worth 5400) for 18000 points collected over 15 months is the best option for MRCC card..
much better option is to make more members-- you can get many thousands of points
