Yes agreed.
But considering the interest (loss) component for early payment (say 6 months for example) the difference are negligible.

They themselves have done the math and set the premium accordingly. Another thing is convenience, logistical cost (if any), and remembering those dates.

Other than that, this can be a good option if we get about 5% discount otherwise.
 
I have two premium 34 and 48 both are not eligible to use apay balance
And they are imposing a convience fees on apay card
Suggest alternative to pay premium

And max limit for insurance premium to use apay balance is

We all can see the link for 15K limit for several utility payments.. but I didnt come across 25K limit for insurance.. just asking if you guys read somewhere on the official website..

I was able to do 17k change. As of now there is no documentation. I think people are doing trial and error only
 
Apply For LTF Scepia Credit Card
If your insurance website allows Apay its possible. Like HDFC Life people are paying. Or else TATA Neu gives 5% till 2000 every statement. Regalia and Infinia also give similar but I am not sure of the percentage. @drvirag

If you only want to use APay. You guys can try contacting insurance provider to split your premium in parts like quarterly or half yearly would work I guess
