New changes/limits set for usage of Apay balance in Utility bill payments .
- First 5 payments in a calender month are permitted to be done with amazon pay balance . 6th payment onwards , only amazon pay UPI is permitted.
- Amazon pay balance can be used only for bill amount less than 15k.
- Maximum bill value for payment via Amazon is limited to 50k . ( apay balance cannot be used for 15-50k bill value )
Specific for below categories :
- Electricity
- Piped gas
- Water
- Municipal tax
- Landline
- Broadband
- Cable tv
- Mobile postpaid
- LPG
Note : Savesage has mentioned that even Insurance payments above 15k aren't being allowed via apay balance although it is not specifically mentioned. Waiting on confirmation for the same. Conflicting reports are seen for this scenario .

If that's the case , then mods are free to delete the post. I've never seen this discussed before and I thought it's a new devaluation. If this has been in the rules for a long time , then someone from the mod team can delete or lock the post and id happily change the title to say it's misinformation.It's not devastation...

Like above 15k transaction, you can't use apay balance
If you want to pay for any order, you can use any one method. (Earlier you could use apay balance + cc/dc/upi)
It's not devastation...
It's been in their rules since long...
