Devaluation Amazon pay balance changes - Category based restrictions

Wowww, why amazon is devaluing tho.. keeping money in apay wallet benefits them only...

Probably because the cost to convert the balance to real money.

Amazon pay balance is the most used one for most expenses. Each time you use the balance to make payment it adds to the server costs.

Thankfully this doesn't apply for the gift balances...right?

It's not devastation...
It's been in their rules since long...
You might not have paid attention towards it

Lmao yeaaaaaaa
And amazon doesn't know servers and how to keep up with server costs probably

It's not like, a server service is their biggest money maker? Right? They're just a shopping website afterall, right?

If that's the case , then mods are free to delete the post. I've never seen this discussed before and I thought it's a new devaluation. If this has been in the rules for a long time , then someone from the mod team can delete or lock the post and id happily change the title to say it's misinformation.

These terms applied a few months ago
Like above 15k transaction, you can't use apay balance
If you want to pay for any order, you can use any one method. (Earlier you could use apay balance + cc/dc/upi)

Finally found a comment that discussed about this, from 2023.

Post in thread 'Which card/s to use for paying large utility bill.' https://www.technofino.in/community...r-paying-large-utility-bill.13906/post-241370

Looks like this has been there for a while. I put this on my status since ive never heard of this before and when a few more people dint disagree, I moved it into a post. Was a genuine mistake. Did not know this is a long standing change. My mistake. Sorry folks.
