Devaluation Airtel app levying usage fee on utility payments on Airtel Axis credit card

Still eligibility check initiated each day. Applied on 15th may. Physical Kyc done today . I tried to apply via different mob in thanksapp. But it was showing as "recheck application, incorrect information"like that. So applied via axis website. Bro in our case 99% chance of rejection is there. 1% hope only still there. In website on the first page i entered my secondary number. In the next page i entered (aadhar linked)my linked mobile number with airtel master . Done a mistake. I planned to entered the secondary number over there. But entered my registered mobile number.
Update: just now I got a call from axis bank Mumbai for address varification like residential address, office address, mother's name, mail id, etc.
Why they have done telephone varification as I am already having savings &other axis credit card??

Maybe because you used a different mobile number.
There I made a mistake. I used different mail id. And used different mob number in the first step . After that they again asked mobile number Linked with aadhar. I entered my registered mobile number over there. So i got call from vkyc agent, physical kyc agent, even the varification call received on the registered mobile number only not on the secondary number.So practically different mail id+same mobile number @Pho3nix @Anindya98
 
You received the call because you used a different number in your application. I got a similar call when I applied for the MyZone card through an offline agent using a different number as well.

No bro. I used my registered mobile number in the application.
Right now I understood that when I apply through the website i selected as existing customer. So i entered my secondary number (non-regtrd no) there. When I click on submit it identified its not a registered no and it moved to the page(for non-existing customer )where i entered the registered mobile number only. So That's it. I applied using the registered no with axis. Sorry 4 my misinformation ealier post , even i thought that I entered my secondary number over there and getting call from them on registered number. It was my mistake.

That messed up the entire thing, I guess. Was there any specific purpose for using a different email and not applying as an existing customer?

I just given different email id and different mobile no for getting approval chance( in my thoughts). As i told you I decided to apply using secondary number only and as an existing customer. But my mistake meesed up everything 😂😂.I entered registered mobile number (with axis& aadhar linked one) where they asked for the aadhar linked mobile number by mistake. No issue let's see the final decision in few days

For axis, once the new card gets approved, all existing relations get migrated to new mobile+email.
