Devaluation Airtel app levying usage fee on utility payments on Airtel Axis credit card

Airtel started levying usage fees on electricity bill payments while using Airtel Axis credit card on its app. Might add the same for other bill payments also.

After uninstall & reinstall the Airtel app i can see Airtel CC option in app for JIO recharge with convenience charges.
Will i get 10% cashback? because the app doesn't display CASHBACK like as we see while we try to recharge AIRTEL

I've utilised 10% (250) on paying electricity bill for(2900) the current statement.
I think i've exhausted the LIMIT
