Devaluation Airtel app levying usage fee on utility payments on Airtel Axis credit card

Airtel started levying usage fees on electricity bill payments while using Airtel Axis credit card on its app. Might add the same for other bill payments also.

Which older version does not impose a usage fee?

Even 1K is also worth it, charges 12.4

I mean any bill till 3000 is still worth with airtel axis
