I had applied for SBI Simply Click Add on card on mid march which was approved rived and received by me on 1st week of April, but to my utter surprise they did not put the contact details i provided as all the otp are being received on my mobile only.
Tried updating contact through APP & Website but it didn’t work and asked me to email on contactchange@sbicard.com
After 15 days of calls & email they finally registered my update request on 20/04 with ETA dated 26/06/2023.
At first I thought that it will be quick and didn’t focus much on ETA given by them but even after 15 days there was no update to i trued contacting them again on Twitter & email and they sent me same mail with ETA 26/06.
Why is this bank so slow ? Like seriously 2 months just to update to update contact details ?
