Just got a mail from Amex that there will be additional 20% discount on "Restaurant Deals" on Paytm

Offer : - Additional 20% off (inclusive of taxes), up to ₹1,000 when you dine-in with Paytm Restaurant Deals using your American Express® Card. The minimum payable amount should be ₹1,000 (inclusive of alcohol) after availing the discount.​

Offer Period:​

This offer is valid from 11 August 2023 until 31 December 2023 (Both days included).

This works for AMEX Platform other banks card as well, as per t&c. Not tried personally

Hey...
I had used this Paytm deal with Amex cards... more than once..... and this extra 20% was so good up to 1000INR...


but yesterday, I tried with HSBC cards(as Amex offer is not any more).... and it was not picking up the offer, and not deducting the offer amount and had to pay without any discount : (
is it possible to raise a ticket with either Paytm or bank side ? and get this offer discount ?
or too much to do, at this point of time ?
