This auto bill pay is too risky. My payment also failed right 4 days before the due date. I have deleted the auto pay and will never use it. Its not worth taking the risk for missing a credit card payment and screwing up your credit history.

This month, again, something is wrong with HDFC BillPay.

IDFC and SBI bills fetched correctly, and failed. Had to pay separately by evening on my own - 3 days in advance.

I am happy for one thing. HDFC informs us about the failure by email and SMS on the same day - 4 days in advance - before the due date. Ample time to pay on our own.

I am just thinking if many other bank bill payments are failing since 1st Aug then does it relate to that new UPI guidelines that got effective since 1st August? Though I think hdfc billpay uses neft way to pay our bills

auto pay, lagane ka kya hi fayda jabb... 3/4 days pehle tak jaan aatki rahe.. main usually before 10-15 days bill settle krdeta hu.. abb iss 2.5% ke chakar mein alag tension

Hdfc is having issue, unable to redeem points from smartbuy transactions from past 3-4 days.

My guess is probably they are mapping everyone to new netbanking and new app, soon old apps/website will stop working.

Just a guess, I might be 100% wrong.

Same issue. Unable to redeem the reward points since 1st August. The ones that showed up under "Promotional cashback" for debit card (Is that SmartBuy)?

Merchant name was "gyftr via smartbuy", correct? Well they usually says 90 days, but comes before hand.

If you complain right now they might reject saying that copy paste. Maybe wait a month more? We will see.

In my case, there was 10x myntra offer in June. I got 5x after a month (normal smartbuy) but didn't got those 5x bonus. I'm assuming it will take proper 90 days.

But had the expectation of 10x in once.

The reason maybe is the 3% coupon we are applying. I tested in July without coupon for a Rs.500 txn. If that gives 25 then it means 3% PZSHOPDEBIT is culprit and both can't be clubbed anymore.

Although max. time is 90 days but in one case even 110 days weny by and no cashback came for it from smartbuy. That txn also had 3% coupon with it.. Before that without this 3% I always got cashback within 30-60 days.
