I checked and found this in the account statement in the app. Didn't check SMS.

Just checked in SMS and it is DCSI-BBPSBILLPAY.

Seems like the opposite of what you said 🤷

Strange then. I double checked before writing my reply above. Maybe some other person can verify what you found is also correct for them or not.
Btw, what was your transaction date?

My transaction was done yesterday (30/July/2025). FYI the payment failed and was returned 😅

So....
SMS is only for debit. It is DCSI-BBPSBILLPAY.
Didn't get any sms on reversal credit.

In the account statement, for bill payment, it shows DCSI-BBPSBILLPAY.
For reversal, it says DCSI-BBPS.

Also, tried paying bill manually, since it isn't detecting the new bill as I added new billpay today.
Statement mentions CCBBPSNO. Seems like I'll not get cashback.

Shows delivered now but isn't deducted yet, is it in progress?

Same, I also received 150 in promotional, but have not done any purchase on smartbuy. not able to redeem.
