I was in Band/Grade 4.
Unfortunately, no. You’ll only get the card your eligible for as per grade or lower.

There is no option to mention the card

It's definitely there as I got it recently only, look for a small checkbox in one of the step and then it will give you the dropdown and credit limit fields to add your existing card details.
