There are some exceptions. But in many cases, it happens instantly. In my case, they took exactly 2 days. Card started showing on 3rd day

That was not the customer care. That was the bank employee from a branch. They are mostly frauds. I know this because, after I myself got betrayed with false Ltf promise, after grievance, I got call for Ltf upgrade. They upgraded. To confirm if the upgraded card is Ltf, I called customer care...

No. Kotak customer care executive are trust worthy. Their calls are recorded. However, the branch employees, from where you mostly get these marketting calls, are highly untrustworthy. One should NEVER trust them, and always record the conversation

No. That is not the only reason. I dont want to pay for Kotak atm card and all.

What if we let them increase the limit, but not instantly? Take their time?

I get calls from any random branch, not just home branch

I have a Kotak Bank account, and it has a very good interface. But, the branch people are nasty and I want to close the account. I do have a credit card with them. Now, I know that Kotak Bank is generous in giving good LE, but will they give good LE, even if my account is closed?
