No. Kotak customer care executive are trust worthy. Their calls are recorded. However, the branch employees, from where you mostly get these marketting calls, are highly untrustworthy. One should NEVER trust them, and always record the conversation
I have a Kotak Bank account, and it has a very good interface. But, the branch people are nasty and I want to close the account. I do have a credit card with them.
