Hi All, I recently did a fuel transaction with my IOCL Axis credit card. The amount was 390 but it became 401.8 after settlement which means I was cheged ₹10+18%GST fuel surcharge. Have they started charging a fixed amount? Or is this a glitch?

Yeah few days back I got my IOCL card and it happened with me. Before that I had got MYZone card in september but that time I was required to enter the pin to unlock the card

One more thing - they would need the customer Ids from u. So to get them u need to send an sms for each of ur cards to 56161600. The content of sms: CUSTIDCC NNNN replace NNNN with last 4 digits of the credit card.

U probably have 2 customer ids created. I had the same issue. U need to reach them and they will merge both customer ids

I got approval for this card and juat received a message for dispatch from bluedart. But I don't see the card in the Axis Mobile app. Last time I applied myzone card and it started showing in the app. How do I add it in the app once I receive it? Or will it appear automatically?
