After you get the card, just email to grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com and request for a variant change to Rupay. They will change it and send the new card within a week or two.

Greetings,
I have a LTF Millenia Credit Card of Mastercard variant, I want it to be changed to the Millenia Diners Club variant without the LTF status getting revoked.
Kindly, please change the variant from Mastercard to Diners...
Opted for Millennia Diners due to it giving you access to more lounges as compared to Visa/MC.

Also, as for acceptance, Millennia is mostly online use credit card with it's...
mailing the level 1 customer support, they always mail you with copypasta saying it's a paid card without checking, always mail the grievance team to check if the card is paid or LTF
The level 1 normal CC customer support always uses a copypasta without checking if the card is LTF or not. Always email "grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com" to check.
I already received my MC world Millennia then emailed grievance team to change it to Diners variant without revoking the LTF...

Ya, I already received the credit card. It has no pending/over-standing charges applied to it, so it seems to be LTF. Also, "customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com" mostly reply with a copypasta reply without checking. So, I always email directly to "grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com".
used HDFC BillPay 3 times for 1 credit card (Airtel Axis Credit card), and rest of the time mostly always Cred app. As cred app if faster and HDFC billpay takes 1 week or so to reflect the balance.
