Mine is also March 22 charges, but I remember disabling them right after the first time I have seen them charges in my Statement

HDFC is charging InstaAlerts even though I have disabled. My account is also Classic for which these charges are free even if enabled. I have sent out a mail to the support, but do check your statements. The charged amount is small, but HDFC should not getaway with these sort of things.

I just maintained 2L for few months, then invite to classic banking came on my mail from RM, and also on offers section in Netbanking. I got the invite multiple times, basically whenever I got the annual bonus, but joined Classic very recently would wait for the Preferred invite.

I need to change my RM. Can anyone who has done that earlier give me pointers on how to do that. She gave me callback today about this, as usual went on to waste my time.
