Some are saying that rent payment not getting points. Is this true? I don't find any such notification related to magnus about this. I have some 80k of expenses Jan onwards. 45k as rent and 35K as maintenance fees (every 4 months), can use magnus for this?

yes. sounds about true. nowhere it says that there can not be more than 1 rent payment in a month. yes Bank specifically called out that you can't do more than 2 in a month.

that's because Axis has some issue if you pay over 50k. some notification.

If more than 1 transaction is done for rent, will that not count towards the milestone? eg - 45K paid on 10th (rent) and 40K paid on the 20th (maintenance fees) rest 15k spent on different places during the calendar month.
