I had got flipkart giftedge 3x points for the month of January spends .however 5x for amazon shopping not yet received..

Is it normal ?
Should I expect the same this month or I am late enough..
I should complaint now or wait ?

Flipkart i bought in first week of January at 3x, for that 3x have been received last month..
