For my transaction on Gyftr in October, I have got bonus rewards points. But it does not seem to match what I thought it would be. For a transaction of Rs 500, I have got 24 (normal) + 48 (bonus). I thought it would be 24(normal) + 72 (bonus). Can someone please clarify?

I have had this earlier with my citibank card. Though the customer service said that this happens because surcharge gets added later, I argues saying that nowhere do they mention this (except for fuel). But Citi being who they are, reversed the fee. With Axis I have no hope for customer service.
