You should get 5% cashback on SBI cashback card, provided it is in all capitals.
Otherwise it is MCC 6540 wallet

1) How to pay Amazon gift voucher to Bank/Credit card bill pay at 2.5% ?
Go to Utility bill payment and choose your bank or credit card.
Enter amount, Choose T+1 option on Snapay app
Payment mode choose "Wallet 2" -

Here you see Snapay will charge you 2.5% and proceed to pay -

Now login your Freecharge account and enter here any dummy AMEX Card number.
For example -
enter dummy Amex card number start with 3700 2281 and enter any 7 digit number.
last digit change 0 to 9 and you will get any genuine card number.
Enter any expiry date and 4 digit AMEX CVV code and proceed.

Here, Freecharge is not accept Amex card or you entered wrong Amex card number.

Trick 1 - Choose Amazon pay gift voucher wallet and pay -
Trick 2 - There is another trick for 5% SBI Cashback card via Phonepe wallet gateway, if you get "PHONEPE PVT LTD" merchant name then eligible for 5% cashback but i am not verified yet on here through new payment gateway (first time try Rs100 and check you will get 5% cashabck or not after 3-4 days).
All details about phonepe explain here but this time we choose "Wallet 2" option on Snapay app -

Go to Utility bill payment and choose your bank or credit card.
Enter amount, Choose "Same Day" option on Snapay app
Now if you have any Snapay wallet balance then you can use 50% of charges from your wallet and you need to pay only 1.52% conv fee, here see my screenshot -

How to earn Snapay wallet balance ?
Well, when you pay direct credit card bills on snapay app, you will get 1% Reward points.
you can redeem then Reward points on Snapay app and get 0.25% in Snapay wallet.
3) How to pay Amazon gift voucher/5% SBI Cashback credit card to other Credit card bill or SBI card credit card bill ?
You can enter your Credit card number and IFSC code instead of Bank account number and IFSC code and choose your Credit card number from your snappay app Utility bill payment option and pay.
Note - first time try Rs100 and check your credit card is supported bill payment through snapay utility bill pay option.
Here few banks credit card and IFSC code details but personally i am not verified with all banks credit cards yet.

It should be PHONE PE PVT LTD (separate words in all capitals) otherwise you won't get cashback.

Cashback will credit after 3-4days.
Wait 3-4 days and then share here.
For example - i transaction on 5th May. Just now i check transaction is settled but cashback is still not added. Wait upto 24hrs and then i will update here.
Edited: Just now check 5% cashback credited.
By the way i am transaction on other apps through phonepe gateway not here on Snapay app.

Card otp page merchant name - PHONEPE PVT LTD (if you get this merchant name "PHONEPE PVT LTD" then pay)

Yes, you are right now credited( My txn was also on 5th may), all normal transaction and their cashback visible almost same time in my case, but this case had slightly delay, so i have raised my issue here.
But now CB credited, means sometimes we may have to wait for 1 or more than 1 day after txn settlement

Just now i got "PHONEPE PVT LTD" merchant name on Trick 2.
Note - This morning I tried 7-8 times, Got FX Mart merchant name, after few hours i retried but everytime got FX Mart merchant name.
Just now i try again, 2nd attempt, finally got "PHONEPE PVT LTD" merchant name on Card otp page.

Do you use "Wallet 2" option on Snapay ? and your transaction amount ?
Because "Wallet 1" option on Snapay is not working, otp page is not open but here Trick 2 - "Wallet 2" option on Snapay app, phonepe otp page here open without any problem.
