Did u use ur Visa DC prior to this ?
I had same issue when I opened my account with IDFC. The DC wouldn’t fetch reward. Complained a lot but was in vain.

I replaced my DC and then applied for RuPay DC
After my transaction with RuPay DC, my Visa DC started working fine

yes i used my visa dc earlier, i used the rupay dc as well.

Guys don’t use IDFC DC on PhonePe, amount deducted but transaction failed. Not only me, many others facing same.
