This problem was to a extent so huge indusind has to publicly publish a internal code on their website....... Maybe you are also victim to such... People who have opened in oct and nov have received confirmation sms that their account is zero mab... I haven't received it yet

I agree. There were a lot of problems with the incorrect codes.

The staff at the bank where we opened the partner account in March were super helpful. They called up multiple people just to ensure that the right code was used. They explained to us that if the wrong code was used our money would be stuck as the mandatory balance requirement. That was the best service I have ever received at any branch of any bank (i.e. the lengths to which multiple members of the staff went to, just to help us). We were the first people at that branch to use the offer, so they had never done it before.

I didn't personally used it, as I have branch manager as well as rm's contact number.
But netbanking has the option to schedule call with branch/relationship manager as well.

Now I'm Little Worried.. I Opened Select Account on 25th November... Executive Confirmed that it will be Zero MAB Account but as per Nov Month Offer Banner .. there is no mention of Select Account Variant.
I Emailed Nodal But they Forwarding Email to Branch..So What should i have to do now ? Account opened. Welcome kit not received.. cheque is not cleared yet @HyperBeast @Wealth is my birth right!
