How to contact Indusind backend team to confirm whether promo code applied or not?
Opened Indus Exclusive account with 4l cheque on 25th Oct. Today called customer care. They told that AQB for my account in their system is Rs 100000 not Rs 0.
But my RM said that he opened the account under NMC waiver offer.

AQB can be 1L but the non maintenance charges are waived off.

Still it can take some time for the systems to get everything updated.

backend team not required, the branch ppl themselves can see the code doubleIP input or not if not its their fault since the opening code cant be altered after account activated.

Well my bank executive opened the account while I was still at the branch. I only left after everything was done. Thanks to the extremely useful info in this thread, I verified that "Double IP" code was entered by her, confirmed that on her phone screen before tapping next. So it was definitely entered correctly. Yet in the PDF I received, it shows MAB as 2,00,000. So I think nothing to worry. Branch staff forgetting to apply offer code might be a rare occurrence.

sometimes sale guy take lead and give to branch ops team where the miss will happen and on a rush they miss...great that u were high cautious!
