However though they said free Rupay Platinum DC for life, still charged a issuance charges of ₹354. Currently having a dispute with their grievance cell. Anybody here faced the same situation?

Yeah but that's the case for Bob lite
It's Bob Bhai account which cost nothing whatsoever
I maintain 0 and just load 400 when I need to transact
