My list of worst credit cards based on what we have in the family -

1. SBI IRCTC card - Rs 300 + GST annual fees with no waiver. Points (1 RP on Rs 125 spends) can only be redeemed on IRCTC. You also get bonus points (5-10 RPs depending on the time of the year) only for your own AC tickets and not anyone else's. Worse is how the linkage between your SBI CC and IRCTC breaks during CC renewal and points don't get credited. It is simply the cheapest SBI card, literally and figuratively.

2. Kotak ZEN card - I had to get a Kotak card because I was missing out on some offers (Amazon Grocery, Samsung Shop). I managed to use the offers only a couple of times and then the offers disappeared from Kotak. Now it is my least used card. Got it LTF and has lounge access but I have better options for the latter.

3. Citi Rewards - Ever since the AXIS take-over offers have almost dried up. I loved the Amazon Utility offers (Rs 75 CB on bills of 750 or more) but it has been over a year since that offer came. My second least used card. I know Citi has a special place in a lot of people's hearts for being their first CC or due to their supposedly excellent customer service.

+1 to your comments about CITI.
Yes it has a special place in my heart due to all the reasons stated by you, Excellent Customer Service and My First card (since 2001). But, again reward rates are minimal.

ZEN is better than White in terms of rewards. Its a decent card.
I too have Rewards card, just collecting dust. Whenever CITI offers are there, AXIS cards also are there.

I would add Indusind Avios - though the welcome offer is good, they don't credit Avios correctly - not received points for some transactions and customer care is hopeless.
