You can use mobikwik for that.
If you have hdfc millennia/platinum debit card you will get 1%cb.

I see you already have relation with Axis Bank, try getting Magnus based on your relation with Axis Bank.
If you are not able to extract benefits with your Regalia, then try downgrading it to Millenia.
HSBC Cashback Card is good, but there are better options available in market. Axis Magnus, SBI Cashback, Standard Chartered Ultimate, BoB Eterna, Axis Ace, etc
