open Axis Bank Account

How simple is it to open an Axis Bank account with an existing Axis credit card?
Do we need to provide all the official/work details again?

I said that I don't want one time fee reversal.

Than, he said he will email to his senior about this after the reversal.

*note he don't want to block the e-dc.
