Recently received below email i didn't get any exact information in HDFC website what the made changes ?

You will have to use hit and trial method to connect with customer care executives. I know it is hard and will take time but not impossible.

Lol, i have also received same type email, but no charges has been cut & no money added in my account.

Probably hdfc sent this to lot of people by mistake.
