Both id were added 3 months back, Previously I was able to transfer the point to Accor old Id. This time not sure what they did.

Same issue with me.. I was using old I'd from 2 3 months.. suddenly it starts failing.. I tried new I'd too but it's also failing

Same here , Not Able to transfer points once I upgraded to Accor plus . What's irritating is that I raised this issue on May 27th and there has no solution till now . Is there anyone who got this issue fixed through axis ?

Seems like everyone is facing this issue sooner or later. Seems like a very valid reason not to take Reserve card to me. That is unless Axis takes it a priority to solve this problem.

Find it ironic that the users who subscribe to their most premium card is getting this kind of treatment from their customer care.

I would raise the issue on Twitter if u have been waiting for a response for more than a month.

Just post it as a warning to others who are planning to get a Axis Card.

That might be only way to get their attention.

It's so sad that I have to go through multiple hoops for a simple request
I Guess Twitter is my only option next. I have a feeling its a system issue at axis because this issue has not got fixed for anyone as per my understanding

It worked atleast once for me.. not sure whether it will work in future .. no doubt it is a hit or miss type
