I think, something is not right in the master exclusion list.

-EMI Transaction. For an example,
EMI transactions are marked as no ER points as per schedule A. However, I got points for same. May be they meant, any transaction converted into EMI directly on Axis website or app post payment to merchant, is not counted.

Source: Brought a stuff from Draveys.com, converted into EMI on their page before paying it. That amount was credited to my statement. I got ER points on same. [rs 28665.82 = 1716 ER and rs 34665.82 =2076 ER]

-Foreign Transaction:
Can anyone confirm if it is really not counted? Is there any official source? What is purpose of using this card while travelling outside India?

I just confirmed with Axis Credit team, they mentioned foreign transaction is counted towards ER points and milestone program. Not sure if list of master exclusion is correct.

I also checked about EMI transaction points. They perplexed to see points added to my account. It is true that no points added for EMI transactions. they mentioned that it will be auto removed. :( :(

@neo.puneet, check master exclusion list in below thread.

You have misunderstood foreign transactions with Foreign Currency Transaction Fees + GST.. For the monthly and annual milestones only the 2% Foreign Currency Transaction Fees + GST wont be counted. Amount spent abroad online or offline both will be counted. The exclusion list mentions only the fx fees will be excluded not the actual amount spent.

GYFTR EDGE LIMITATION
  • A customer (registered mobile number) can buy a maximum of Rs. 10,000 worth of Amazon Pay Gift Cards in a calendar month.
  • A customer (registered mobile number) can buy a maximum of Rs. 50,000 worth of Amazon Shopping Vouchers in a calendar month.
  • A customer (registered mobile number) can buy a maximum of Rs. 10,000 worth of Flipkart Gift Cards in a calendar month.
  • A customer (registered mobile number) can buy a maximum of Rs. 20,000 worth of TATA CLiQ Gift Vouchers in a calendar month.
  • A customer (registered mobile number) can buy a maximum of Rs. 2,50,000 worth of Gift Vouchers in a calendar month.
TIPS
  • Indirect Wallet Loads (e.g. loading money in Paytm wallet via Uber at 0% charge) aren't categorised under MCC code of 6540 most of the times and are counted towards Regular ER Points, monthly milestone and annual milestone.
  • Rent Payments made through RedGiraffe and PayZapp 2.0 combo are categorised as insurance spends and thus can be counted in monthly milestone and annual milestone.
  • Advance payments done on EMIs like Education Loan, Car Loan, etc. are not considered as EMI Transactions. EMI Transactions are specifically those transactions which have been made on card and converted into EMI.
  • Fuel Transactions between Rs. 400 and Rs. 4000 are awarded a fuel surcharge waiver of 1% and thus are not awarded Regular ER Points. So to gain Regular ER Points, do a transaction of at-least Rs. 4001.

I am compiling a list of exclusions in a single thread that apply on Axis Magnus card as these are scattered around in multiple threads on the forum.

I'll keep updating this list. You guys are also welcomed to let me know about any addition or subtraction from this list.
I am getting regular ER on wallet loads.

Assuming you are referring to Amazon shopping vouchers and Amazon Gift vouchers, the main difference is that ASV can only be used for shopping, while AGV is as good as cash. You can use AGV to pay bills, shop, and even make payments on other sites or apps.

Currently, if you buy AGV through GrabDeals, you will not receive any CB. However, if you buy ASV, you will get 5% + 2% cashback using a credit card or 10% + 2% cashback using a debit card. Therefore, buying ASV would be more beneficial since you are not getting any cashback with AGV.

Regarding the difference between GrabDeals and Gyftr, the major distinction is that with GrabDeals, you can only earn up to 10k ER points, whereas there are no such restrictions with Gyftr. It seems that GrabDeals operates like an affiliate marketing platform similar to the CashKaro model, while Gyftr is primarily used for brand vouchers.

Disclaimer: I am new to Magnus, having just received and activated my card yesterday, so there is a possibility of errors. 🤣 If I am mistaken, I am more than happy to be corrected.
Thanks for detailed explanation. But I still have followup questions :
1. I can purchase gift voucher from GYFTR and get 5x reward point : https://www.gyftr.com/edgerewards/amazon-shopping-voucher-gift-vouchers
or I can purchase gift card which is same as gift voucher I guess from Grabdeal : https://grabdealsaxisbank-amz.wooho...abDeals&affiliateParm1=gd_b85cbcf5dbc4427d923 but here I don't see any discount, so in this case it's better to buy from gyftr portal itself right?

2. There are three four things :
Shopping Voucher (5x via GYFTR, 2% instant discount from grabdeal)
Gift Card (3x via GYFTR, this can be used for anything right? even for making payment for scan and pay QR code? )
Gift Voucher ( this is same as shopping voucher right? )
Shop directly from grabdeal to Amazon and enjoy 2% discount.

It's so confusing :(

so these amounts were first debited on your Magnus, and later refunded back or are these the EMI amounts??

I did this trick at the start of the month (1st week of June) for amount upto 4k, it was categorised under travel spends by axis. I'm not sure of any recent changes.

It is a hit and a miss. I did it two times this month. One was categorised as Travel spends and another was categorised as Cash withdrawal.
