Hi Guys,

So I ordered a supplement from a not so famous supplement store on 16th June and paid Rs.10,200 via my Axis Bank Vistara Infinite Credit card, and they did not deliver the product for more than 20 days. Finally, I asked them to cancel my order and refund my payment. They were reluctant but finally canceled my order on 6th July.

It's been 5 days and I have been chasing them to give me the RRN / ARN but they are not replying. After reading their reviews, I see that they are frauds and they have done it to a lot of people....so many people have not received their refunds.

I have the screenshots of the WhatsApp conversation with them in which they have mentioned that my refund is processed, as well as their email that states the order is canceled and refunded.

What will be the best way to get my money out? Should I do a chargeback right away, or wait patiently (how long should I be waiting)?

And what are my chances of winning this chargeback, considering the fact that they are crooks and can easily manipulate things?

Thanks for any guidance.

Guys,

Just an update. I finally got the refund exactly 45 days after raising the chargeback, although the merchant had confirmed the refund in my favor much earlier, axis waited for full 45-day TAT to issue the refund. Glad the chapter is finally over. Thank you to the community for their valuable inputs and assistance 🙂
This got solved at level 1? As i got message that level 1 declined so escalated to level 2

Yes, mine was solved at level 1 whose deadline is 45 days. If it moves to level 2, it takes 120 days. If you have enough proof, communication screenshots, etc, the case may very well work in your favor.

My dispute is successfully registered via axis chat. I received my temporary credit also. So I am happy for now.
Guys j have raised dispute for my 2 cases with AXis But so far didn't get temporary credit and whenever I ask customer care or over Twitter they are just saying that it's in process. Can someone give me the PNO link or website where i can escalate this to further level?

Yes you can..But usually payment transaction are reversed in 7 working days
There is bigger issue going on now a days when we do UPI via credit card and if transactions getting reverse then not getting it back in credit card and money getting stuck somewhere. Recently I faced twice this issue (one with Paytm and one with bhim) and both merchant saying they have reversed the transaction but not getting credited yet in my credit card and currently i have raised a dispute with bank on the same
Anyone also facing such issues and got any resolution?

In my case I have issue with AXIS IOCL RUPAY CREDIT CARD for both case and my dispute is running from last 3 weeks and didn’t receive satisfactory resolution so I raised complaint to PNO and they told me that they will resolve issue in 3 working days so now hoping to get this done at earliest.
Anyone having experience with PNO service for such cases?

When i was speaking hdfc cc team.. Even they have highlighted that it's a issue and they are now tracking with the help of transaction number

I have sent an email with all the evidence to PNO now and hoping to get resolution at earliest
with AXIS PNO Support at least i got refund for my one of the dispute in 3 working days and one is still pending.

i still dont know if that is temporary credit or permanent. anyone having any idea how can we check that for credit card? or i got my refund successfully back? becasue if i track my case on AXIS Portal then it is still showing as IN PROCESS.

It's temporary credit only. The bank's decision is still pending

Hi everyone.. I am new to the forum.. seeking your expert help @Wealth is my birth right! @Subhankar @Cardanalyser

I booked a train ticket through IRCTC on 5th March for travel on 11th June from Goa Madgaon to Mumbai for Vistadome coach of Janshatabdi.. The train timing was changed on 10th June and we had no information about it. Even on IRCTC website it was showing old time of 2:40 pm. When we reached station at about 1:30, the train had already left.. we are a family of 4 with the youngest kid of 2 years.. we were left stranded in Goa with no idea about what to do.. later we booked a taxi and came to Mumbai as there were no other trains available and we didn’t want to board a train without reservation with young kids.. we also tried flight but last minute ticket prices were shooting through the roof..
Finally after coming to Mumbai, I tried filing a TDR on IRCTC and it got rejected. Now I have raised a complaint with Axis Magnus team for chargeback on this transaction. They have issued a temporary credit but I am not sure whether they will be able to fight my case with IRCTC as it is a govt supported organisation.. Am I on the right path or is there any other way to claim my money since I couldn’t avail the service?
Please help me..

In my opinion you need to fight with IRCTC only since you don't have any failed transaction with merchant
