Recent statement for acc opened in oct 2022 offer with 4lakh initial dep was receiving special wavier in balance requirement section bit latest statement of may 2023 says balance maintenance requirred 1lakh .... Anyone have received something like this is it just a glitch or need to worry about charges on non maintainace etc

their system is too buggy, same had happened with me their system; they sent statement with wrong AMB mentioned, and debited non maintenance charges of 750+GST, then i pursued them and got the charges reversed.

when did this happen and within how many days the charges got reversed? Did they confirm that it was a bug and special waiver will be mentioned in the next statement back again?

Not officially, but unofficially RM told me. Officially that ticket is unresolved till today.

And how did you pursue them?

First with RM (as he committed that its a zero AMB account, told me to talk to CC, was useless) then CC-Call (again useless, told to mail) then CC-Email then nodal (sent mail, but was resolved before & without intervention of nodal)

mine was under different scheme, so this answer might not match. As of now i didnt received the statement of may. but it hasnt happened since then.

I also got my statement today. It mentions AQB of 1Lakh required, although I have add on account too which means I should have 2lakh AQB if there was no 0 AQB offer. If charge is deducted for anyone, do inform.

They used to mention my card as classic instead of Visa Signature in my old statements and mab as special waiver.

Now card name fixed to Visa Signature
But Special Waiver MAB is gone 🤷‍♂️

I contacted my RM today and he confirmed that the promo code is still being applied and it will be zero bal LTF
