YES, I don't think they demand any extra documents for floater cards. OR, since I already had the business regalia in the past and they already had my other business documents, that’s why they didn't ask me again for any other docs.

GEEZ, why are you wasting your time then in the branch? Just mail the customer care email team; they will assign your case for form submission. A local credit card team will contact and get the document signed, and voilà, your card will be approved.
Will try again once if they offer me RG LTF.
