Finally managed to get a vi number and looted. The payment option is there in VI app without changing language option. It's always showing.

Seems IDFC has put temporary block on my FirstTap. Transaction from my other account worked well.

Made multiple CC payment using HDFC rupay CC got a call from transaction monitoring team saying that whether I was aware of such transaction or not lol😂

Tansactions >50K have failed, for me. Vi message indicated that it will reverse the amount in few days, I think it was ~3-7 days.

You got an email or sms? I did not get any. mine too was>50k. I can see the bbps id in the transaction history. But no raise an issue link but it's mentioned there 24-48 hours for refunds. The successful transactions have a raise an issue link however.

I think it was Vi's pop-up message after transaction failure.
