Easiest way to do via App :

Open your VI app -> Menu Tab at bottom right -> Change language from English to hindi or vice versa -> app UI refreshes -> quickly click the "pay" tab seen to the left of the Menu tab you clicked earlier

I am unable to see any option of "Pay" after changing the language at bottom row; logged-in with vodafone number, using iphone. Appreciate the help.

if you are using Android , touch and hold the vi app icon , you can see pay bills options there, from there you can switch to bill pay tab. i tried and able to pay cc card bill

yes , i logged in using VI number.

I was able to pay using android sometime ago, got the RPs. Have large bill to pay, unable to split and pay - the transactions failed.

Seems IDFC has put temporary block on my FirstTap. Transaction from my other account worked well.

Roar Bank call and asked if VI app have some wallet short of something.
I told them no there is no wallet but I paid bill for my pospaid account which was 17k.
Conclusion don't use card or telll them is was for postpaid bills
