What is Extended KYC?
I really can't tell you are joking or serious.Extended means, financial institution having extra profile details like marital status, medical records, no. of dependents, etc and so on.
I was serious anout it. Have given HDFC bank my extended KYC. 🙂I really can't tell you are joking or serious.
I just thought extended kyc means allowing personal details for extended duration (some of the kyc expires fastly and giving extra permission to extend might solve that issue) 😭
On new hdfc website, Click on Card -> See your credit card image. Below that reward points are available. Just enable to view it.Where to see current Credit card points (For unbilled transactions) in new app or site? Earlier app shows in summary the current/latest points (after bill generation)
It will show the rewards which can be redeemed (last statement one). I am looking for current rewards based on unbilled transactions. Any idea on that?On new hdfc website, Click on Card -> See your credit card image. Below that reward points are available. Just enable to view it.
I don't think HDFC ever showed unbilled transactions rewards. The only way to know rewards on your unbilled transactions is to get the statement and find how many points you got which then gets updated online. At least this is my Millennia CC experience. I am not sure which CC you have and if that CC showing you unbilled transactions rewards. It will show the rewards which can be redeemed (last statement one). In Old app, it showed current reward points (not per transaction, but total on unbilled transaction). Example i have 100 points in earlier statement and now i done 150/- transaction then current points showed as 105 (5 rewards for latest transaction)I don't think HDFC ever showed unbilled transactions rewards. Thanks. I checked there also. I can still say its not unbilled transactions rewards points at least for Millennia CC. Accumulated points are points from last statement but they are not available for redemption. When next statement gets generated Accumulated points will be available under Redeemable. Since few months Millennia CC reward points available for redemption has been changed. They are not immediately Redeemable after statement gets generated. we need to wait one more month for that. Now i can check the unbilled transaction based rewards using HDFC whatsapp. Just ask for credit card summary

Agree here.Don't get confused panu24 bhai.
Millennia CC RPs are credited based on whole month spend i.e txn settled between 1-28, 1-29, 1-30 or 1-31 depending on month. Here settled txns are given RP. So txn done on 28/29 or 30/31 usually settles on 3rd day which falls next month. So you can assume txn done between 1-28 and 1-29 in 30 and 31 days month respectively will be given RPs.
I give you example: Suppose you had Amazon txn of 10K on 20th of August of month which settled in statement on Aug 22. Your statement generation date is say 10th of every month. Npw pts for this 10K txn as it settled between 1-31 of Aug i.e 500 will be credited between Sep 1-5. That will come under accumulated points. On Sep 10, once your statement generates at 12:00 AM, these points will become redeemable by evening of 10th Sep.
Disagree. Since some months statement is showing points rewarded from last to last month. And nothing has changed. It is same since I have Millennia CC which I got in 2019/20. 🙂
