In latest UI --> did they add option to change the username ?

not yet but they did have a section about username/userID. It's blank for now. Also the app has the user id option too but when I click on it, it says coming soon.

What is Extended KYC?

KYC= Know Your Customer / Client.

Extended means, financial institution having extra profile details like marital status, medical records, no. of dependents, etc and so on.

Basic KYC is info. about account holder. Extended can have any amount of data as required by that Financial institute. Like your bank if offering medical insurance and you update extended KYC with them can prepare a better plan for you.

Extended KYC has questions based on what firm is looking for. Like an insurance firm can ask you details about other policies in extended. Normally they have medical with them.

So data mining is what all these are.

I just thought extended kyc means allowing personal details for extended duration (some of the kyc expires fastly and giving extra permission to extend might solve that issue) 😭

I was serious anout it. Have given HDFC bank my extended KYC. 🙂

Where to see current Credit card points (For unbilled transactions) in new app or site? Earlier app shows in summary the current/latest points (after bill generation)

On new hdfc website, Click on Card -> See your credit card image. Below that reward points are available. Just enable to view it.

It will show the rewards which can be redeemed (last statement one). I am looking for current rewards based on unbilled transactions. Any idea on that?

I don't think HDFC ever showed unbilled transactions rewards. The only way to know rewards on your unbilled transactions is to get the statement and find how many points you got which then gets updated online. At least this is my Millennia CC experience. I am not sure which CC you have and if that CC showing you unbilled transactions rewards.

In Old app, it showed current reward points (not per transaction, but total on unbilled transaction). Example i have 100 points in earlier statement and now i done 150/- transaction then current points showed as 105 (5 rewards for latest transaction)
