BOB Card Applied - Decline due to missing a word in the address proof and application

Hi Team,

wanted to share the frustrating experience with BoB. I saw few post with address proof issue and I'm dealing with a very knit-picking issue.

The Address I mentioned in the application and the utility bill just had a word missing '149' for that they are rejecting the application. Escalated to nodal officer.

I wanted to check if this can be taken up to RBI Ombudsman ?

I do have a BOB account already still they are not at all listening.

It's good you got rejected, somehow will it be aprove, you only get 25 k limit, they don't care about your salary or income , they give you chillar on the name of credit card, try one card with bob ,and stop running behind this shit ...of bank of baroda

Thank you. Really don't understand why PSU's like this and still functioning while private bank employees work tirelessly for survival. Not defaming anyone here just my observation. I opened online account on BOB just because i visited branch 15:30 and they said come tomorrow
