Unable to upload bank statement via netbanking for SBI credit card application

I had applied for a SBI credit card yesterday and today I got an call from the SBI agent asking me to upload 6 months bank statement via netbanking from the link they send via sms (I verified the call and the link/website were genuine). But when I tried to put my net banking credentials into the website I kept getting connection error. The agent also could not figure out why it was happening. After few tries they said something like "The application has gone to red line now and now I can't see it too and unable to help anymore".

After the call ended I tried the url again and saw there was another option to upload the bank statement via pdf. I tried that option and the statement successfully uploaded. Now I have no idea whether the application is going to get approved or not. No idea what the agent meant by application going red line.

When I check the application status from the SBI cards website, it says that the KYC has not been done yet and gives me an option to appoint an KYC. Which is also weird as I already did the KYC when submitting the sbi sprint application by deposing 1 rupee and it was successful. I have no idea what is going to happen with this application.

The same agent called me back a few days later. She said the error was happening because my account was an overdraft type. She asked if I could upload a different statement, so I uploaded my savings account one, since it's the only other one I have. That uploaded fine, but she said it still wouldn't work because the turnover on that account was too low. In the end, she had to reject the application.
