Currently very few minimal working methods are available. Points are not guaranteed. Before trying a big payment, kindly do testing. If small amount fetches reward points and then only try for a big amount in 15-30 mins interval. Yes convenience charges are high and sometimes points accural is delayed from IDFC too. System is flagging frequent transactions from same merchant. It takes 14 days to reflect in account. All should be taken in to account.
I received PHONEPE PRIVATE LIMITED (all caps) on the payment page. PHONEPE PR (All Caps) on OTP sms, and Phonpe Private Limited (Exact name) on statement tagging digital payment by IDFC. Is this the same you are talking about
Yes phonepe refunded but it would take few days to get credited. Is phonepe successfully doing the bill payment now or just the refund.

means your card is blocked as per bank's transaction monitoring policy. You should get a callback from fraud control team. They will ask some security questions and unblock in 5 mins.
Rupay DC will not fetch RPs as per the other comments because you will not get any other merchant name on PhonePe.

And did it fetch rewards ?
For the 1st transaction- yes, I didn't go for the 2nd one, left at the PG to check the merchant name.
so if the merchant name is www.phonepe.com we get rps for idfc visa dc ?
