Getting points instantly on merchants name should be either full caps or small letters www.phonepe.com

Seems the issue is with my account! As I’m not getting any RPs even for normal ecomm txn.. anyone else faced this?
It’s not a new account, and I’ve not hit the monthly quota. So what could be the reason?

iam also facing the same issue, few days back i contacted customer care and they said will get the RPs in few days.

It seems like all phonepe merchant names fetch RPs with IDFC Visa DC on Phonepe. However the net reward rate below 50k is negative and ends up in loss unless you have around 1 lac of bill to pay.

Yes. Instant RPs received on PhonePe as on 10 August 2025.

Merchant name on otp "phonepe".

Merchant name on statement "WWW PHONEPE COM".

Tried it in multipes of 2000. Got it frequently.

dont do many same amount transaction .. account may get flagged

I was about to apply for sbi phone pe cc. But going by the many issues with payments and no clarity, it is better to wait until dust settles down..

I tried multiple times. At the end phonepe stopped me and said try again after 24 hrs due to security reasons. Not able to get that merchant
