Guys, I have 5L cc bill this should be paid by today. I have tried PhonePe with IDFC visa infinite wealth DC, Got www phonepe com but I did not received RP. Tried multiple times (1k,2k,5k for the last 3days and no RP credited). Please let me know if you know any tricks. TIA

IDFC is currently having issues with instant RP credit. wait for a few days/(mp every monday is when it gets credited). You can call customer care to confirm reward points if you wanna be that sure

I don't know what is happening here...but I too did multiple transactions with same combination but I got points for each transaction immediately!!

No, not yet...they still lie safely in my RP portal

Bt did u check the mcc by calling idfc?
What’s the mcc that you are getting on savesage ios? Also what if we don’t get pts for the said txn after the 14 days TAT?

When I did transaction on 4th night (my cc due date with 1.76L yet to pay), I decided to pay via PhonePe with IDFC Visa DC

First 76k failed
Next 33k paid successfully
Again Next 33k paid successfully
Next 33k paid successfully
1k paid successfully

Again 76k failed from my wife’s account because I crossed my transaction limit for a day

I called HDFC bank and confirmed grace period of 3 days

76k failed reversed in 20 hours for my wife’s account
My 76k reversed in 40 hours
Just to mention I had raised a ticket for my 76k reversal but wife’s account got reversal without ticket ..

So kindly raise ticket on PhonePe app

For me, I had a failed transaction yesterday worth 75k but got the reward points. Today got the entire amount as refund, including phonepe charges.
However, IDFC reward points are not reversed yet.

load to tide, tide to coupl...coupl to bank....lots of work and 4% charges and you will get 6.5% ( 5% kotak and 1.5% tide)...
Net 2.5% profit
for rs.250 you have to spend time in 3 steps ...as per myself, not worth the effort..
