Not getting reward points on idfc tap and pay rupay debit card even for Amazon purchase.

Yes, today afternoon (1pm) i tapped Firsttap rupay card in a grocery shop for Rs 900 , but did NOT get the points.
But morning (9am) i paid online grocery 1.1, i got points.
Yesterday i paid 90k cc bill through Z@v0 had got the RP instant.

Not sure what happened from afternoon. i was thinking, that grocery shop might be having wrong MCC. I thought of talking to CC, but just ignored because of small amount.
On 5th again i have major CC, not sure how it will go !!!!!!!!!!!!

give it some time guys. i_d_f_c might be having some issues with crediting points. Lets give it a day or two before declaring

Zavo declared the issue going on with IDFC RuPay DC

same thing happened with me on goodscore as well. Did a transaction , txn is pending, money debited and no points.

All txns are failing, seems like some issue with IDFC DCs

How did you get debit card option in the good score app?

IDFC First Bank Rupay Debit Cards are facing a temporary downtime. Pls use an alternative payment method

At the same time IDFC card worked on billdesk. So something to do with these mass used apps it seems....

Usually I keep a snapshot before every payment and then check and compare if it’s correct

I just write down after RP values after every txn, easy to track the monthly capping
