BMS transactions on BOB EMT Rupay Credit Card Failing

i have not been able to make BMS transactions using my BOB EMT Rupay Credit Card for 2 months now. the trasaction fails everytime. i reach the bank transaction, receive the OTP, but after entering the OTP, it goes to the BMS site and show that the transaction failed. what do i do? is anyone facing the same problems as me?

Did you:
1. clear the cache and/or storage of the app/site?
2. try booking through the browser of the same device, through laptop/pc/other device, through any device but some other BMS account?
3. check whether online transactions are enabled? Have you been successfully using this card for other online transactions?

1) i used the website, on multiple devices, also installed BMS app , on the app it just says offer not valid of this card
2) haven't tried any other BMS account, but other offers such as tide and canara bank offers work just fine on my account.
3) yes the online transactions are enables on my debit card. i specially installed BOB world app just to confirm that

Faced same issue yesterday while booking, so used my other card instead!!
However, I used my other BoB EMT card 2 weeks back on BMS successfully!!

BMS offer on the EMT debit card — monthly or quarterly.
