Kotak 811 Infinity Metal Debit Card – Unboxing & First Impressions

So no charges for metal dc and any other charges post account opening ( other than 399 for super account charges ? )
Also for initial 81k funding only upi option ?
There are no charges for Metal DC as long as we maintain the Super Membership. For funding, I was only given the UPI option, but I'm not sure.
 
My mother account was created today with offline kyc from kotak executive at my residence and 25k initial funding. However after couple of hours, msg and email received stating the 25k refund initiated and full kyc was on hold and we have to visit nearest branch for kyc.. any solutions for this ??
 
Bro. My mother account got activated today.
1) it is not showing the initial funding amount. It is showing zero balance. When will it get updated?
2) it is not showing 811 super savings. It is showing 811 zero balance. So does it take some time to convert from 811 savings to super savings account ?
once contact the guy who has opened your account bro, in my case i didn't even open the app on the day of opening directly the next day i opened and by then it was showing my initial funding amount.

That guy is as useless as a dodo.. it was a mistake getting it done from him. He is not responding to calls.. but one more surprise is the initial funding amount also got refunded yesterday night. So if we visit the branch and fund the account with 25k at branch, will be eligible for the 1250 vouchers ?

Oh, that's disappointing to hear. I usually expect this kind of experience from PSUs, but if it's happening with a private bank, that's really concerning. If possible, visit the branch and speak directly with the branch manager let them know you opened the account specifically for this offer and now you're unsure whether you'll receive it due to a mistake made by their associate.
