So no charges for metal dc and any other charges post account opening ( other than 399 for super account charges ? )

There are no charges for Metal DC as long as we maintain the Super Membership. For funding, I was only given the UPI option, but I'm not sure.

My mother account was created today with offline kyc from kotak executive at my residence and 25k initial funding. However after couple of hours, msg and email received stating the 25k refund initiated and full kyc was on hold and we have to visit nearest branch for kyc.. any solutions for this ??

Visit any kotak offline branch and enquire about metal 811 DC. It's offline only for metal DC.

Have No Kotak Bank in my area. it is 100km away. 🙁

Bro, to get the 1k voucher we have to spend 1k right ? What spends are counted ? Also did you use card or UPI for 1k spends ?

1) it is not showing the initial funding amount. It is showing zero balance. When will it get updated?
2) it is not showing 811 super savings. It is showing 811 zero balance. So does it take some time to convert from 811 savings to super savings account ?

yes both debit card and UPI spends are considered.

once contact the guy who has opened your account bro, in my case i didn't even open the app on the day of opening directly the next day i opened and by then it was showing my initial funding amount.
